The parasitic love vine was observed in abundance all over the prairie. The love vine is orange in color and has small greenish berries. The vine is 0.5 cm thick. Some sections are tightly coiled around sawgrass, other sections travel straight for anywhere from 1 ft to 2 ft, when traveling to another clump of sawgrass. A single vine appears to be very long (10 - 30 ft), and can most probably be much longer.
